The remote is battery-powered, and the tapping hand is rechargeable (one charge lasts 4 hours). All units can be replaced if needed. Please contact info@livvewell.com to organise necessary replacements.
Remove the tapping unit from the hand and wash the bed on a cold cycle then air dry.
If you can put them down and they stay settled, you do not need this. It solves one problem. If that is not your problem, keep your money.
