Shipping Information

Processing & Delivery Times

• Processing Time: 1 to 2 business days.
• Shipping Time: 7 to 15 business days (depending on destination).
• Tracking: You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

• Free standard shipping on all orders over $10.
• Express shipping options available at checkout.
• We ship worldwide from our international warehouse.

Cancellations

You can cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it by emailing info@livvewell.com with your order number. After that, your order may already be on its way and can't be cancelled.

Address, Delivery & Customs

• Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If it's wrong, email us within 24 hours of ordering. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was entered incorrectly, we'll resend it once it's back with us and a reshipping fee will apply.
• If a parcel is confirmed lost in transit, we'll send a replacement free of charge, or refund you if a replacement isn't available.
• If delivery fails or a parcel isn't collected from the post office or collection point and is returned to us, we'll send it out again. These orders aren't refunded.
• International parcels can sometimes be held briefly at customs. Customs delays aren't a reason for a refund or return once your order has been delivered.

Returns & Refunds

Damaged, missing or wrong items must be reported within 7 days of delivery, and faults within 30 days. We'll replace the item or send the missing part free of charge. Unopened items can be returned within 30 days of delivery at your cost. Full details are in our Refund Policy.
